Great Birding Week

Our time of times

We have been here since Friday and there have been many birds, many hikes and a whole lot of birders. It's been a great get away. Today was a slow bird day but it was a good day to catch up and give the regulars some time on the blog.

We did stumble across a Double -crested Cormorant that appeared to have an injured wing. Although we let the wildlife reserve know, our guess is they let nature take care of it. Two more days and it's back to reality :( .
